Our services
2 Brokerage Models
We now have 2 brokerage models:
- The traditional model: success-based and with full support / 2.5% = simple mandate / 2.1% = exclusive mandate
- The fixed price model: with 0% commission for properties up to CHF 2.5 million
1) 0% commission.
2) We are assigned the mandate and organise the visits, but the owner conducts them.
3) We manage the advertising
4) 2500.00 +VAT when the mandate is signed
5) 7500 +VAT if the property is sold
Business intermediaries
You can become a business intermediary by referring us to a seller or a potential buyer.
Earn 25 % of our fee for the referral!

Renovation
We offer partial or total renovation services : roof, painting, floor, kitchen, bathroom, windows, blinds, electric work, facade etc…
